Hi! I bought a couch on Mktplace, but the padding of both seats are not good. The add says it was upholstered 5years ago, but we feel we kind of “sink” into the couch. It’s not comfortable (feel like I’m gonna have back pain if I stay there for more than an hour).

We took pictures of the interior. There are 3 zippers, with different fillings, as you can see on the images.

I understand that a proper quote would be provided only within 3 days, but as I told you on the phone, my plan B is to buy another couch, but the auction finishes on Sunday. So it would be nice to have an ideia ASAP.

The sofa structure is good. So the quote is about changing/fixing the padding on the 2 seats.
