I have a replica LC2 sofa. It is PU leather not salvageable. The base, armrest and back rest are not cushion like the original but are solid with wood and foam inside.

Looking for options on:
1)fully reupholster in black genuine leather
2)remake backrest and armrest as cushions like the original + reupholster as above
