Purchased in Nov last year from lifestyle furniture gradual soften of the cushion not noticed straight away. Caused lower back pain. The company have offered replacement but admit no defect. Can it be repaired ?
Consumer guarantees says it must be as advertised it's not so I want a refund. What do you think.
