I had called and was asked to send some photos of the couch
Please find attached some photos and videos as well (one with recliner going up and other with recliner coming back down) explaining what is happening.
A brief description is as follows:
A random noise comes when bringing the recliner up and down. This is happening in the last couple of days. The video describes the issue better.
I thought to get in touch as soon as possible to help solve the issue.
