Hi, I have left phone messages, however. I purchased a sofa from early settler to which the seat cushions were very flat and high maintenance to keep them looking good. One of your guys came out and had a look and advised it is, what it is. He did suggest a trial on one of the cushions with a thicker foam and dacron. After discussions with Early Settler I have opted for this trial to see if it works rather than choosing another sofa.
