We have had the cream coloured sofa(s) for about 9 years. The one most used is a little grubby but the main problem is that my husband tried to remove a "dirty black mark" from the headrest area, rubbed it with a wet cloth (possibly with a little Jiff too, but he won't own up to it!) and the little black mark has grown, as the colour has been rubbed off.

Can anything be done?
