Hi there, I rang last week to get a quote to repair our loungesuite in 2 places For insurance. The first 3 photos are of our chaise that the back board has snapped in the middle as you can see the cushion doesnt sit properly on the couch anymore and when you sit on it you sink into the back which makes the bottom cushion slide down when you're sitting on it. and the last 2 photos is the same board that got snapped on the chaise on a seperate part of the couch the board has snapped on the right hand side and not in the middle like the chaise. Sorry the photos aren't that clear as the wood has been covered with material so you can't really see the break on both parts of the couch
