I am interested in an approx idea of what it would cost to reupholster this big round rotating chair. I am not sure of fabric yet . I appreciate it may cost far more than makes it viable so an indication would be enough to help me make the decision.

The chair diameter is 1300. Photos attached. Loose cushions have zipped covers.
